The company

Monoplast was established in 1974 with the aim of manufacturing and marketing household plastic products and camping equipment.

Ice packs were added to the company's product range in 1980, initially targeting the transportation needs of food.

In the early 2000s, Monoplast relocated to its own facilities in the Marathonas area and simultaneously invested in acquiring the most modern H/M bottling equipment.

Today, Monoplast produces three series of ice packs (Penguin, Slim, Soft), capable of meeting the transportation needs of vulnerable products (food, pharmaceuticals, etc.). Since 2014, the company has implemented a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008.

The company's primary concern is customer satisfaction and the establishment of long-term relationships through the provision of high-quality products. The continuous effort for improvement and customer satisfaction has helped Monoplast become one of the rapidly growing companies in the ice pack industry, with its client portfolio including some of the strongest businesses in the Greek market.

CERTIFICATE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF ATHENS, DEPARTMENT OF CHEMISTRY, INDUSTRIAL CHEMISTRY LABORATORY

A study was conducted on a sample of the liquid contained in the ice packs of the company "MONOPLAST," regarding the rate at which their temperature increases when frozen at -20 °C.

It is hereby certified that this sample has the capability to maintain a temperature equal to or lower than +1 °C for 15 hours and a temperature of +8 °C for the next 10 hours.
